Therefore, it will be important to know where to look to further your understanding of these topics and more importantly know where to look to fine tune the practices you are applying through this course.We have found that creating annotated bibliographies can be a great way to become familiar with the literature that is available to you both now and in the future. I know that there have been many times that I have dug up an assignment like this to try and remember the name of that book or article to help me later in life (Hint: That is why you should always backup and save copies of all your assignments).For our purposes, you are being asked to develop an annotated bibliography of five books that you would recommend to someone wanting to improve their abilities related to Servant Leadership and Followership. Yes that does mean ten books, five for each topic.Be careful to not simply choose ten random books. Completing the assignment this way is not helpful to you and does not honor the intent of why God has you in this class. You should review your options and choose the books that you believe are most able to meet the specific needs represented in your life or the life of the person or organization you would like to help improve. Perhaps the best way to complete the assignment is to think about the ten books you would want your manager or leader to read if you knew he or she would apply what was said.
