If I had the chance to do it again Beginning with a description of your personal definition of conflict, describe and analyse a conflict you experienced. This can be a workplace conflict or personal, recent or distance past. Ideally you should choose an experience that impacted you in some way.
Reflect on the beliefs, feelings and behaviours that you experienced in order to analyse and discuss from the perspective of conflict analysis. Pay attention to new learning that creates inner conflict with your mental models and worldviews.
You will be assessed on your ability to articulate your ideas and arguments, to examine your own personal assumptions, to demonstrate your openness to new ideas, to connect new theory to your own experience and practice, and to make meaning of your learning as you look back and consider what you might do different if given the chance.
